We strive to maintain the highest possible quality during conversion. However, some conversions between very different formats may result in slight quality loss due to inherent differences between formats.
Yes, we use encrypted connections (HTTPS) for all file transfers. Your files are never accessible to other users and our staff does not access them except for maintenance operations.
